Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 business hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time packaged the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be packaged the next day. We ship every day except for Sunday's and Federal Holidays.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using UPS or USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders shipping to USA. We do not ship outside of [your United States at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for initial shipping and return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at MarisasShoppingNetwork@gmaill.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as well as the package it arrived in. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
